You know, there is a great deal to be said for having good, high quality materials that tell your readers and customers more than they already knew. By the same token there is also a great deal to be said for having that material properly optimized in terms of Search Engine Optimization. You might be asking what in the world SEO is if you are not that familiar with the world of Copywriting and certain Internet-related items. This might also be a question that you are asking even if you have a bit of experience and/or knowledge in this particular field.
There is nothing that says that you necessarily have to stop asking questions and looking to learn as much as you possibly can about this if you know what you are doing! Do you realize that knowing what Organic Internet Marketing is all about as well as how to understand and deal with Google Search Engine Optimization is something that not everyone in this world of ours necessarily understands and/or even knows the first thing about? You might be asking exactly what all this has to do with the topic of this article if you know very little or nothing about this whole topic. Well, one thing that we can tell you is that having good articles and website content is not enough in this day and age.
The thing that you also need to know about and understand is that having content that can easily found by the Search Engines is also as important as the quality of your content. The better your optimized your content is, the easier it is for the search engine “crawlers” to find not only your article/blogs and/or website. The one thing that must be highly stressed here is this: if you DO NOT know what you are doing when it comes to SEO, please do not try tackling this yourself! This is one of the fastest ways to not only get yourself in trouble with not only the search engines but also the W3C; but can also cost you readers and business instead of adding to it!
If you have little to no experience or haven’t got a blessed clue what you are doing in this arena you might indeed by better off going to an SEO company that knows all the rules, regulations and guidelines involved here. This also applies to the little things like keyword density and SEM – which is Search Engine Marketing for those that don’t know. These things might seem to be small things, yet they are really big and important matters when you are trying your hardest to make a point; or make yourself heard/noticed; or to stand out from the crowd in a very different way from the rest.

How To Find Whether Google Has Penalized Your Website?

If your site has suddenly vanished from Google’s ranking pages and you don’t know what happened exactly, penalization may probably be one of the reasons. Google algorithms are a mystery, and the more you try to understand them, the more complex they seem! So let’s not assume ways of how you can detect and resolve your site from being penalized but instead follow experts’ advice, coming straight from Google itself..!
Combining the bits and pieces quoted by Google’s own advisors in matters of SEO for a professional SEO Company and how Google algorithms operate, we put forward a 3 steps test to check whether your site has been penalized by Google or not:
• What Your Links Say?
John Mueller (Webmaster Trends Analyst at Google): “If aboutus.org outranks you for your domain name, you’ve got problems and it probably has something to do with links, how you manipulated them, got them, or distributed them.”
This clearly tells that having “the wrong locality” and getting rotten links from link farms or sites having 0 PR can greatly affect your ranking and get you penalized in Google. There are a number of tools like Bad Neighborhood available to check where you’re getting your back links from.
• What Your Content Says?
John Mueller: “If entire chunks of extremely long tail searches go missing then it’s probably because the content is available at 50 other websites, generally this is for your weak travel affiliate type stuff where they just republish hotel descriptions provided by their affiliate provider. I don’t consider that a penalty but rather a crap website that deserves to not being seen because it’s not bringing anything new to the party, and better ways to sort that information, better graphics, and a cooler template don’t constitute anything new.”
Content duplication may not only get you penalized but even get your site exempted from search engines for good. So, make sure to be unique and original with what you’re writing and putting up on your site. Similar to link spamming you can also track your content for duplication using software like Copyscape and Virante. You can also compare two pages to check their content similarity with each other with tools like Webconf and Duplicate Content.
• What Matt Cutts Says?
A webmaster facing the problem of penalization took up the task to clean up the punished site and removed all the paid links, filed a reconsideration request but it showed no results. With no visible solution, Matt was consulted for help.
Matt looked at the site and identified two problems; one with the footer which stated on being open to compensations, and for matt, compensations affected a site or blog quite badly. Second was with one of the sponsored articles but without having a “nofollow” tag, which seemed to be an open violation of Google webmaster guidelines. Correction of both these problems was expected to resolve the issue within days.
Prevention is always better than the cure. Therefore, to be on a safer side and to know where your site is headed, it is always better to regularly analyze your site using Google webmaster tools.

In SEO (Search Engine Optimization) circles, there is many discuss this object known as backlinks. And if you are new to the world of Internet Marketing or have recently launched your initial web site, you might not exactly figure out exactly what they are or even how important they are when youare searhing for very high Search Engine rankings at Google.
If the website business will use paid advertising like AdWords, AdBrite or Yahoo’s paid advertisements, then backlinks are something that you do not have to stress about. If you do not want to get banned, then know all the things which Google does not like.

10 Factors Google Uses To Index Your Site

There are dozens of factors that Google uses when it looks at your site to determine if it gets indexed or not. Here is a list of ten things to consider doing to your site to help it get indexed.
1. Content
You can never have enough good relevant content on your site. Make sure that all your important pages have a good amount of content that has the keywords you want to rank for included within it. Make sure those keywords fit into your contents sentence structure naturally.
2. Your Internal link structure
Make sure that all the pages you want indexed are linked to each other and that their easy to find for your visitors. This can be done through a menu bar, site map, and linking related pages together.
3. Age of your domain
The older your domain name is the better. Older domain names build trust and are established. This also separates your site from tonnes of other “dead sites”. These are sites that have not been updated in a long time and are just sitting around collecting dust.
4. Keywords
Want to get your site to show up on the search engines use keywords. Make sure those keywords are relevant to your site. For example if your site is about gardening, you don’t use keywords that describe cars. It’s also important not to overstuff your keywords on your pages. Your keyword density or a particular word or phrase should around 5 percent. Anything over that and they could be considered stuffed.
5. Inbound links
Google determines a sites page rank and listing based on how popular that site is. One of the ways it does this is through the number of links pointing to your site. The best kinds of links you want are one way back links that already have a good page rank. If you can’t get other sites to link to you right away submit your site to social book marking sites like Digg or Stumbleupon.
6. Outbound links
These are the links from your site to another website or blog. And while it’s important to have these, you don’t want to have more links going out then coming in. You also want to ensure that those outbound links don’t go to bad neighbourhood sites. Linking to them puts you in the same category and can get your site banned.
7. Bounce rate
The longer people stay on your site the better your site will do in the search engine rankings. The best way to keep visitors on your site is to have great content and lots of it. Apart from that include videos, newsletters; anything you think might interest them to stay on your site that much longer.
8. Trust factors
What this means is that you should have a way for your visitors to contact you to ask questions or inquire about something. If you have a business for example include a phone number and email for that business. If it’s a personnel site or again if it’s for business include an “about me” page to explain what you or your company is about.
9. Who hosts your domain?
The better established your domain hosting provider is the more reputable and trustworthy your site will appear.
10. Your URL address
You want your URL to be clean and simple, no random characters or strings attached to the end.

1 Domain
The first important things is Domain, which I think you already know. If you got related keywords in your domain, for a long time, you will benefit A Lot. Take my site Read Beauties as an example, there is a key word “beauties” and is short enough, which is one of the important factors for my site to get top 10 on yahoo and bing within half a month.
You might doubt about the extension of “.CO”. It is true that beauties.co is not as good as beauties.com, the problem is beauties.com was taken many years ago! And actually beauties.co is better than “manymanywordsbeauties.com”! So if it is not easy to get the suitable .com domain, it is wiser to get a suitable domain of other extensions.
2 The Differences and Features of Google, Yahoo and Bing
A Let’s talk Google first.
Google prefers Old websites with much unique content and a lot of backlinks from good quality web pages. Pay attention, I said “web pages” not websites, that means backlink is a relation between websites but web pages. So it is also useful to make links in the same website.
That is why I didn’t get my website(beauties.co) on top ten of Google within half a month while I made it on Yahoo and Bing —My domain was too new and I had no enough time to collect enough backlinks even though I got all my content unique! My website’s name is Read Beauties, but at the beginning when I search “Read Beauties” I couldn’t find my website on Google even though Google had indexed my website.
(How do I know Google had indexed my website? A simple way is to search “site: beauties.co” or “site: www.beauties.co” on Google.)
I proved that in the following days. I post my website Read Beauties for critique in forum of Pixelpost, and the next day when I search “read beauties” on Google I found my thread on Pixelpost on top. Pixelpost forum’s PR is 5 and my website’s pr is 0 hence my website couldn’t get top 10 even though there were more keywords in my site. Yet this has become history for I really did my work!
Another fact to prove my theory is how I get on the top of Google with the key word “stockings beauty” and “stockings beauties”. Last week I got a lot of content about stockings beauty on my website, at the same time I did some work of SEO. I updated every day. And suddenly I found my website on the top of Google when I search “stockings beauty” and “stockings beauties”.
Actually I didn’t intend to get to the top with the keyword “stockings beauty”, I only did something about that keyword. If I keep updating the content about stockings beauty my website will be on the first page all the time. Afterwards I thought stockings beauty was not very suitable for my website’s theme, I did not update it anymore. Hence now you cannot find www.beauties.co on the first page with this keyword. It is in top 14 today.
Google changes rankings more frequently than other search engines. This means Google updates more quickly.
B Yahoo
Yahoo focus on keywords more. Yahoo is good at collects backlinks ! Look at this picture first:
What do you see in the picture? Many things. What I want to talk is Backlinks. You can see from the picture that backlinks detected by yahoo are much more than other search engines.
The fact to prove my theory about keywords VS yahoo is the progress for my site to get top 10 on yahoo and bing within half a month. At the beginning, I did nothing about SEO for I focused on thinking my website’s theme, keywords, introduction and performance. At the same time, I updated unique content on my site every day, every 24 hours there must be new unique content. And then one day, when I searched “beauties” on yahoo, I found my website beauties.co on the first page. So it is very important to get suitable keywords for your website. With suitable keywords it is much more easier to get good rankings on yahoo.
C Bing
Bing represents some people who enjoy trying new things for it really like the Latest Content, the newest things.Look at these two pictures:
Google and Yahoo have different number of indexed pages for different URL, yet Bing is Cool in this way —it only indexes the latest one page!
I looked at the statics every day, bing only indexes my website’s latest page. Every time there was a new page indexed by bing for the same url, the older pages disappeared. As a result, if you wants to get a good ranking in Bing, Remember to update frequently!
The main reason that I got my website beauties.co on the first page of bing within half a month was the frequency of updating.

Digital Marketing and SEO and completely two different concepts, digital marketing encompasses many different specialty processes and concepts, SEO theoretically would fall under Digital Marketing.
Graphic design, email blasting, eGorilla marketing, SEO, social networking, even direct mail would fall under Digital Marketing.
Vital Computer Services and Consulting is a Digital Marketing and Consulting Service, we provide consulting in the area’s where were not equipped, and provide service where we are equipped. Our core service is consulting in areas of SEO, Internet marketing plans, Visual Object Programming, digital mass distribution production setups, instruction in direct mail and bulk email concepts and Internet mass distribution of media to gain back link domination.
We know and understand the cradle to grave operations of direct mail, bulk email and internet media distribution. SEO titles are too numerous to mention here, but can be anything from emarketing analyst to a Link Manager, this makes this type of profession open to many charlatans who really are nothing more than conmen, and there are a lot of them, I met one the other day in Phoenix, AZ, where there seems to be a ample supply of people who call themselves captains of Search Engine Optimization expertise. This particular gentlemen was quite concerned about meeting me, he had look outs with cell phones checking out the area we were to meet at.
I was given the impression maybe he was concerned with meeting someone from the past, as we talked I noticed he was very nervous and skipped around many questions, including his techniques (seems all the SEO experts here in Phoenix have very valuable secrets on how they’re able to create internet presence), my gut was telling me this guy was a conman, he new I was suspicious of him and did not want to prolong our meeting and was anxious to end it, I certainly obliged, shook hands and got the hell out of there, and washed my hand as soon as I could.
Unfortunately these types of meeting are all to frequent, and it’s hard sometimes to tell who is real and who is not, fortunately I have been in the business a long time and can weed these guys out pretty quickly. Too bad there are so many business owners who are not able to and lose hard earned money to these guys. With all that said, I would suggest to all business owners and those looking to seek services for your internet marketing needs, to be very careful and keep your search to people considered Digital Marketing professionals.
Someone who has been in the business with credentials stemming from other experience in the marketing and especially the digital marketing industry, I started out in California working for a direct mail company as a production technician, I worked on recreating letters, brochures, pamphlets, ballots, any type of printable marketing copy into a digital format for mass distribution, I worked on the programs that manipulated the variable data, including the name, address and phones numbers.
Mainframe computers were the digital machines back then, I even worked on card readers and such, I grew up in digital marketing, its concepts, processes and growth to where it is now. So I would take caution and do a little homework and ask a whole lot of questions before hiring the next person you need to help with your digital marketing campaign, what did this person do before he became the expert he is today, what academic certificates does he/she have, what other areas of expertise do they have, ask for a resume, ask for references, all to many times I see people or companies ask for a portfolio or links to a person ‘s work, these are all too easy to manufacture and fake, especially if hired on a consultant basis, are these sample links signed by a company signature, a personal signature, can you contact the website developer by email or phone?
